Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the girls' hostel.
  • Ensure safety, discipline, and well-being of students staying in the hostel.
  • Maintain attendance records, leave registers, and discipline reports.
  • Act as a guardian, mentor, and counselor for students in residential care.
  • Handle emergencies and ensure compliance with hostel rules.
  • Coordinate with school administration, parents, and teaching staff for student welfare.
  • Supervise housekeeping, hygiene, and food quality in the hostel premises.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; training in student counseling will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience (3–4 years) as a hostel warden in a reputed institution.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-management skills.
  • Ability to handle adolescent students with patience and care.
  • Female candidate, immediate joiner preferred.
