About the role
Open Arms is expanding its Clinician workforce and is looking for four experienced mental?health professionals to join our high?performing Client Assist Contact Centre. You'll deliver phone?based counselling, crisis triage and short?term case coordination for veterans, current ADF members and their families.

Key responsibilities
Provide telephone assessment, counselling and crisis intervention
Conduct risk assessments and escalate emergencies appropriately
Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers
Maintain accurate records in line with Commonwealth security & privacy standards
Mentor junior staff when rostered as senior clinician
About you
Current AHPRA registration (Psychologist, OT, RN) OR AASW accreditation
Minimum 3?years' post?registration clinical experience - contact?centre or crisis work highly regarded
Able to obtain Baseline security clearance & clear NCCHC
Excellent communication skills, clinical judgement and resilience under pressure
Empathy for the veteran community and commitment to confidentiality
