We are hiring an
Audit Executive
in Mumbai.

If you have a strong foundation in accounting and a keen eye for detail, this role will give you exposure to end-to-end audit execution, EXIM-related workings, and core financial controls.

Experience:
2+ years

Qualification:
B.A.F. (Bachelors of Accounting and Finance) / CA-Inter (Dropout) / CMA-Inter (Dropout)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance activities
  • Review and verify shipping line documents and EXIM-related workings
  • Work on freight rate workings and related reconciliations
  • Lead and support monthly closing activities, ensuring timelines are met
  • Perform data analysis and present findings/insights to management
  • Review purchase orders, vendor onboarding documents, and rate contracts

Requirements

  • B.A.F. or equivalent / CA-Inter (Dropout) / CMA-Inter (Dropout)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in audit or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Preferred

  • Knowledge of auditing processes, methodologies, and standards
  • Experience in the shipping or logistics industry
