Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce creative
    visual designs
    for digital and social media.
  • Work closely with
    content and design teams
    to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Design quickly and iterate faster to match live cricket moments.
  • Incorporate feedback constructively to enhance creative quality.
  • Stay updated with
    social media trends
    and the latest design practices.
  • Maintain a "
    Think Global, Design Local
    " approach in every piece of work.

Must-Haves

  • A true love for cricket — you should know the game and its pulse.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in visual/social media design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of the latest design trends on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
