Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant, located in Surat. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial accounting and reporting, managing taxation, conducting audits, implementing systems, improving processes, and managing projects. Additional responsibilities include bookkeeping services, payroll management, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivables management, inventory management, cash flow projection, preparing financial statements and management reports, tracking KPIs, trend analysis, budget preparation, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

  • Financial Accounting, Reporting (US GAAP and IFRS), and Financial Planning and Analysis skills
  • Taxation, Audits, and System Implementation skills
  • Process Improvements, Project Management, and Bookkeeping skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Pro, Xero, Zoho, and Buildem
  • Experience with various accounts packages like Oracle Financials, Hyperion, Microsoft Office, SAGE, and Kashflow
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA qualification is required
