Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager in the HR & Admin Department, located in Ludhiana. We're looking for a proactive professional who can manage people, processes, and compliance with confidence. The Site Manager will oversee daily administrative and HR tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee records, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Site Manager will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing budgets, and coordinating with various departments to support overall business operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and office supplies
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
