Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Navi Mumbai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, creating reports, and providing actionable insights. The Business Analyst will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and deliver value to the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Analysis to identify and define business needs and challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and effectively conveying requirements
  • Expertise in understanding and improving business processes to enhance efficiency
  • Proficiency in defining, documenting, and managing business requirements
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and a strong understanding of business systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in supply chain or procurement domains is a plus
