Job Description: Resume Developer / Resume Writer

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Resume Developer to craft professional, ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, a deep understanding of recruitment trends, and the ability to highlight client achievements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customized, ATS-optimized resumes and cover letters for clients across multiple domains and career levels.
  • Conduct client consultations to gather career history, achievements, and career goals.
  • Research industry-specific keywords and job market trends to align resumes with employer expectations.
  • Create visually appealing, professional resume formats that highlight client strengths.
  • Edit, proofread, and polish content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles to enhance clients professional branding and visibility.
  • Deliver projects within strict deadlines while ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in resume writing / career services / content writing.
  • Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and keyword optimization.
  • Ability to work with clients from entry-level to senior leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and design/editing tools (preferred).
  • Excellent research and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global resume formats (US, UK, Canada, Middle East, India).
  • Knowledge of personal branding and career coaching.
  • Creative ability to design modern, recruiter-friendly templates.
