Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Supporting Actions

Maintenance Planning production as per targets
Inspection of equipment to assess the spares requirement. - Initiate the procurement process in advance to ensure Zero stock-out of materials. - Condition monitoring of equipment to ensure good health of overall equipment.
Material Management
Coordinate with OEM, vendor & commercial for spare parts availability. - Control spares consumption and develop substitute to reduce Maintenance cost.
Equipment Maintenance
Implement preventive maintenance schedule as per

OEM recommendations. - Execute predictive maintenance to avoid major failures.

EHS Management
Ensure safety in working at Mine site. - Handle hazardous waste as per guideline. - Implementation of Safety Standards inline to Sustainability framework
Statutory Compliance
Pro-active approach to ensure full compliance of Statutory Norms. wrt Mining equipment.

System Compliance

Implement best practices & procedures e.g. Abnormality Management, SOP, SMP and JSA etc. - Record keeping with regards to Assets and transactions over SAP-ERP - Calculate Availability & Utilisation of HEMM
