Role & Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for .NET applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts to identify and fix issues proactively.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex application defects.
- Debug and analyze code to identify root causes of issues.
- Support and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core, , , and Azure.
- Develop and support applications with modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML.
- Work with the Azure cloud for deploying event-driven architectures and scalable microservices.
- Support integrations and APIs using OpenAPI 3.0; manage them via Azure API Management (APIM).
- Collaborate with DevOps for infrastructure setup using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Work with design systems using Storybook and Figma (for frontend-heavy modules).
- Manage deployments, configurations, and hotfixes via CI/CD pipelines.
- Support and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, including query optimization and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles and runbooks.
- Ensure application security, compliance, and best practices in coordination with DevOps/security teams.
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for hosting, monitoring, and scaling .NET applications.
- Provide end-user support, responding to tickets, emails, and calls promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend and cloud expertise.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, Web API, VueJS, and NodeJS.
- Proficiency in OpenAPI 3.0, Azure DevOps, and Azure API Management (APIM).
- Experience in setting up Azure infrastructure using YAML pipelines and deploying to Azure Cloud.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with US-based teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience integrating UI from Storybook and working with Figma designs.
