Maintaining & Updating Client KYC.

Sending Details for Quotation.

Taking Follow-up with Head Office Branch regarding Quotation.

Taking Follow-up with Client regarding Quotation.

Taking customer query from Marketing Team / Client & resolve or escalate it.

Taking Feedback from client of company services & employee behavior.

Keeping records of outstanding of clients & helping recovery team on priority.

Maintaining database of WO/PO & processing after consulting the concerned department.

Providing daily reporting to Asst. General Manager of employees. (Total 13 employees)

Maintaining & Generating Credit Note, Client Coordination, Daily Collection Report, Advance Clearing, Complaint Form, Coordinating with Regional Offices & Technical Department for any data.

Completing Vendor Registration & Other details required by Client.

MIS reports preparation.

Coordinate with team & provide back end support.

Education:**

B. Com, BBA, BE Electronics, MBA

Job Type: Full-time
