Location: Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities:1. Supervision of Curing Activities:
- Monitor and ensure timely curing of all structural elements slabs, walls, columns, lift cores, etc.
- Follow curing schedules for each floor as per structural casting cycle.
- Assign and guide curing labour teams for water ponding, gunny bag covering, or chemical curing methods.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure proper curing duration is maintained to avoid cracks, shrinkage, or surface defects.
- Avoid overexposure of fresh concrete to sun or wind without initial curing.
3. Coordination:
- Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC team to plan curing immediately after de-shuttering.
- Maintain curing schedules floor-wise and notify teams of any delays or rework required.
4. Safety & Site Hygiene:
- Ensure safe practices during water curing activities on high-rise structures.
- Maintain cleanliness and avoid water spillage on walkways or electrical panels.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily curing logs for each floor and element (slab/wall/column).
- Submit curing status reports to site engineers for inspection and records.
- Assist in closure of QA/QC checklists related to curing compliance.
Key Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of curing methods in Mivan construction.
- Ability to manage curing teams and understand concrete behavior.
- Basic understanding of structural sequence and safety norms.
