We are currently seeking a ETL Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in the Strong Experience on Enterprise Data Warehouse & Data Marts, SQL and Matillion ETL tool is mandatory.

Strong work experience in SQL, Snowflake and Matillion.

Experience in developing features for enterprise level data warehouse and knowledge of data warehousing concepts is a must.

Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Matillion for cloud-based data platforms

Must have experience with minimum 2 full implementation (Analysis to deployment & Support) cycle.

Ability to deliver work to schedule (capable to self-manage workload and priority effectively)

Sound understanding of Data Warehouse concepts like Slowly changing dimensions, Facts, SCD 1, SCD2 implementations.

Strong knowledge with Tableau, Cognos, and Qlik

Strong command of data integration, data virtualization, data warehousing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.

Mentor junior engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Ability to adapt communication style to technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.

A self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Good to have Advanced Data Engineering - utilize SQL, Python, and PySpark for data transformation and analysis
