Requirements
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager
- Track and optimize lead generation funnels across all performance channels
- Set up and manage tracking tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Facebook Pixel
- Monitor and report on key campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad copy and video content; openness to appear in video ads is a plus
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
- 1–3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion funnels
- Experience using analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, and Facebook Pixel
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets in a performance-driven environment
- Prior experience in EdTech or D2C industries is a strong advantage
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
