Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control inspections on machined parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, 2d height gauge etc.
- Ensure compliance with drawing specifications and company standards for dimensions, surface finish, and other relevant parameters.
- Identify and report defects or deviations from specifications to production team members.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and report findings.
- Mainly require in shop floor for inline inspection. Must have knowledge of PFD, FIFO, etc.
