Based in Delhi NCR, the company is launching operations locally, with plans to expand across metro and capital cities in the near future.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhatarpur for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, supervise and coordinate team tasks, and ensure that performance metrics are met. Responsibilities include guiding and motivating team members, optimizing processes, problem-solving operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Effective communication with stakeholders and timely reporting will also be a part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members effectively
  • Operational planning, problem-solving, and process optimization experience
  • Strong communication, coordination management abilities
  • Proficiency in decision-making, organizational processes, and time management
  • Experience in logistical, transportation, or fleet operations is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Passion for sustainable practices and green mobility is a plus
