The Surface Coating Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all surface treatment and coating operations, including paint, powder coating, phosphating, sandblasting, and nickel/zinc electroplating processes. The role involves managing manpower, ensuring process quality, maintaining safety and environmental compliance, and achieving production targets as per the daily plan.

  • Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in surface coating operations (paint/powder/phosphating/sandblasting/nickel/zinc plating) in a manufacturing or fabrication industry.
  • Strong understanding of chemical pretreatment, coating parameters, and finishing standards. Knowledge of safety, environment, and quality management systems.

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
