SAPA Bakery, a unit of Kaffeeklatsch Hospitality LLP, is growing our team We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Baristas to join us at our Gokulam location in Mysore.

About the Role:

As a Barista, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, crafting exceptional coffee and beverages while delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is perfect for individuals eager to develop their coffee knowledge and customer service skills in a vibrant, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages to the highest standards
• Engage warmly with guests, taking orders and providing product recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized barista station and seating area
• Operate coffee machines and grinders with care, ensuring consistency in every cup
• Support the team with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a café environment preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences
