Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities at Eox secure Solution Pvt. Ltd. The role will be execution-focused, with emphasis on categorizing expenses, preparing financial reports, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and managing day-to-day cash flow requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Categorize and reconcile expenses, receivables, and payables across multiple bank accounts.

· Advise and implement corrective actions to ensure expenses and payments are streamlined from the correct accounts.

· Assist in preparing Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

· Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Track and report on cash inflows/outflows to highlight liquidity positions and gaps.

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management decision-making.

· Assist in ensuring tax compliance and coordinate with statutory auditors as required.

· Collaborate with accounts, purchase, and operations teams to streamline financial processes.

· Identify potential financial risks and support development of corrective measures.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance (preferred).

· Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.

· Technical Skills:

. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

. Familiarity with accounting software/financial reporting tools.

· Knowledge: Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and accounting standards (advantageous).

· Other Attributes: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and strong communication skills.
