We are building
NPPD Care
, an end-to-end hospital growth and operations transformation company. We are looking for a
Healthcare Co-Founder
who has strong experience in the healthcare ecosystem (hospital operations, diagnostics, healthcare consulting, medical administration, or healthcare business development) and is willing to join us in an
equity-only
partnership as we scale.
Equity Structure (Clear 3-line explanation)
- 3–4 rounds of discussions → 1-month NDA-based working cohort.
- Followed by a formal cofounder agreement + equity finalisation post Pvt. Ltd. registration & seed funding.
- 5-year vesting; compensation begins after funding (we are building a 25+ member equity-based founding team).
About NPPD Care
NPPD Care transforms
50–100 bed hospitals
by improving operations, revenue, patient flow, automation, clinical coordination, and departments like OPD, IPD, pharmacy, diagnostics, emergency, surgical flow, and backend processes.
Next 6–8 months: build hospital delivery model, acquire 10+ transformation projects, strengthen data-driven systems, ecosystem partnerships, and scale into multi-city pilots.
What You Will Lead
1. Hospital Partnerships & Growth
- Build relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostics, and doctor networks.
- Identify high-potential 50–100 bed hospitals for transformation.
- Lead discussions with hospital owners, medical directors, and CXOs.
2. Healthcare Operations Strategy
- Guide our OPD/IPD optimisation, emergency & critical care flow, pharmacy/diagnostics improvement, and revenue process optimisation.
- Lead execution frameworks for hospital audits, workflow mapping, and impact modelling.
3. Delivery Excellence
- Oversee implementation of our 20% internal optimisation + 80% external growth model.
- Ensure measurable improvements in patient journey, clinical compliance, and monthly revenue.
4. Leadership & Team Building
- Build medical engagement team, operations managers, clinical experts, and partner ecosystem.
- Drive culture, processes, and reporting structures across delivery teams.
Who Should Apply
- 5+ years experience
in hospitals/healthcare management, operations, diagnostics, healthcare consulting, NABH, or hospital business development. - Must understand OPD/IPD systems, clinical workflows, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, emergency, and hospital business models.
- Comfortable taking ownership in an equity-driven early-stage startup.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong hospital network in Odisha preferred.
- Ability to work with founders to build systems, processes, and product roadmap.
