Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on skillset)

About the Role

We are seeking a smart, curious, and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst (Fresher).

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to understand how strategy, operations, and people align to drive business growth.

You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Technology, Operations, and HR teams to analyze performance, optimize processes, and support data-driven decisions that enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Strategy & Insights

· Analyze trends across app usage, course subscriptions, webinar engagement, and product sales.

· Identify growth opportunities across online, offline, and franchise channels.

· Support pricing, product mix, and customer journey optimization initiatives.

· Evaluate new programs (e.g., DNA Repatterning, Nada Yoga) using ROI and performance metrics.

· Prepare monthly dashboards on key business KPIs—revenue, leads, conversions, and retention.

2. Process & Workflow Optimization

· Map, analyze, and improve internal workflows (sales funnel, onboarding, webinar flow).

· Coordinate with Tech and Operations teams to automate repetitive tasks (WhatsApp flows, app notifications).

· Identify service gaps and recommend process improvements.

· Maintain updated SOPs and audit trails for internal processes.

3. People & Team Effectiveness

· Collaborate with HR to align KPIs with team roles (Sales, Support, Operations).

· Gather and analyze team and client feedback to enhance service quality.

· Suggest skill development areas (CRM proficiency, communication, product knowledge).

· Contribute to resolving internal communication or coordination challenges.

Deliverables

· Monthly team productivity reports

· Feedback and performance dashboards

· Process improvement and SOP documentation

· KPI alignment and productivity insights

· Market research and competitor benchmarking reports

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Skills & Traits:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

· Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis

· Effective communication and coordination skills

· Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Desirable:

· Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Tableau, or CRM tools

· Interest in wellness, community building, or spiritual education
