Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and result-oriented Nursing Tutors with an MSc Nursing qualification to join our faculty. You will play a key role in preparing students for competitive nursing exams by delivering high-impact lectures, mentoring, and providing up-to-date test strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver subject-specific lectures aligned with MSc/BSc Nursing syllabi and exam patterns.
• Prepare and explain MCQs and detailed notes for various competitive exams.
• Evaluate students' academic performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop lesson plans, question banks, and teaching aids.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and patterns in competitive nursing exams.
• Create a motivational and focused classroom environment.
• Support students with doubt-solving sessions and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• MSc Nursing in any specialty ( Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, Mental Health, etc.)
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Previous teaching/coaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
