We are looking for a Data Processor Executive for day & night shift to update and maintain information on our clients databases and computer systems.

Data Entry Operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. You will work with a data team and Data Manager. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.

Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
  • Maintain files, documents, and records in an organized manner.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Handle internal emails and communication.
  • Coordinate with different departments for information and task follow-ups.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Note: We do not hire pursuing student
