Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a FCU Sampler located in Gurugram. The Sampler will be responsible for ensuring filterization of fraud in construction and mining equipment portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fraud Control.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with team members and clients
• Basic Computer Literacy for data recording, reporting, and documentation
• Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering excellent client satisfaction
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in an infrastructure, construction, or equipment-related industry is a plus
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
