The Team

Responsibilities and Impact
- Assist in developing and maintaining software applications.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues under guidance.
- Work under Agile methodology as part of a Scrum team.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.

Basic Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience with any web development frameworks or libraries.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
