- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Keekoo properties, offerings, and services.
Build trust and rapport with potential clients through effective communication .
Sales Pipeline Management
Keep the sales tracker up-to-date with all lead statuses.
- Monitor lead flow and ensure timely follow-ups at each stage.
Flag and resolve any delays or gaps in the conversion journey.
Issue Resolution
Address guest concerns or booking/software-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution.
Call Handling & Customer Service
Engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and empathy on every call.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
Log call details and outcomes systematically.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities to promote higher room categories, additional services, or packages.
- Tailor suggestions based on guest preferences and requirements.
