Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager with a strong background in Pharma, specifically in injectable manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, oversee quality systems, and maintain the highest standards of compliance across all operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the QA team to ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory standards, and company SOPs. * Oversee quality systems including deviation management, change control, CAPA, OOS, and OOT investigations. * Ensure quality assurance in sterile injectable manufacturing processes, including aseptic practices and cleanroom compliance. * Prepare, review, and approve batch manufacturing/packaging records, protocols, and reports. * Conduct internal audits and support external audits (regulatory inspections, customer audits). * Monitor vendor quality and ensure raw materials/packaging compliance. * Train and mentor the QA team to maintain high-quality culture and awareness across departments. * Ensure timely closure of quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Requirements * Bachelor's / Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field. * 5–10 years of experience in Pharma, with minimum 5 years in Injectable manufacturing (sterile/aseptic). * Strong understanding of cGMP, regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, EU, WHO, etc.). * Hands-on experience in handling audits, documentation, and compliance processes. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹115,963.01 per month
