JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and above.
  • Minimum 1 + years of proven experience in field sales is must and the fresher can also apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with local customs and practices related to financial transactions.
