Job description City Manager

Manages the team that is based out of his city and ensures that the Team Supervisors and Executives work as per

their defined roles and deliver as per his client expectations & set KRA.

  • Interacts & liaises with local branch to ensure smooth & transparent operations covering the following

aspects

  • Maintenance of the repository of outlets
  • Permissions
  • Stock arrangements
  • Market issues
  • Market Visits
  • Communicating the Go Live Dates by mail
  • Communicating the Closure of an activity by mail
  • Ensures that all predefined processes are adhered w.r.t
  • Attendance
  • The program Interaction Process Flow
  • Brand Collaterals handling
  • Vetting of survey data which is collected digitally & reporting internally
  • Collection/management of stocks

Management of Stocks

Liaise with the local representative

  • Carries out market visits,
  • Responsible to drive new launches (app OR new product OR variants).
  • To assess quality of operations supervise at least one assigned territory team.
  • Personally conduct the Activity Go Live trainings of the entire city team as per the training schedule
  • Reviews of performance of his team on regular basis.
  • Gathers market feedback and share with reporting Manager OR client.
  • Shares periodic reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) and interacts with the Branch team as per the Branch

Interaction Process

  • Responsible for maintaining complete team strength to deliver tasks.
  • Tracks team attendance, team performance and sends a monthly report to the Ops Head (refer to

reporting schedule)Role & responsibilities
