Position: Store Manager

CEEVEES MART is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to sales, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.

2. Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.

3. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure adequate replenishment to meet customer demand.

4. Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

5. Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to safeguard the store's assets and personnel.

6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.

7. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

8. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies, procedures, and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and profitability.

*Minimum Qualifications:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a hypermarket or supermarket environment.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with retail management software is an advantage.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
