Role & responsibilities

  • Handle cash registers and execute transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage cash, credit/debit card transactions, and digital payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurately documented.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting customers with their product choices. Promptly issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
  • Oversee the cash drawer to maintain an adequate amount of currency and perform reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Work together with team members and assist with various in-store tasks as needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and customer interactions

Qualification- Graduate

Experience- 2-5 Years
