Role Summary
The FinTech Faculty will be responsible for delivering and facilitating academic programs in FinTech, guiding students through hands-on learning, and contributing to the curriculum development and student success strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom teaching in foundational FinTech subjects.
Facilitate academic programs such as: BBA – FinTech and MBA – FinTech
Create and update curriculum content.
Conduct workshops and masterclasses in: FinTech, Customer Experience, and Design Thinking
Mentor students on: Live projects, Internships, Academics, and career development
Provide one-on-one academic counseling and offline support.
Maintain academic documentation and class records. Evaluate final scores, credit submissions, and project assessments.
Adhere to university norms related to evaluation, examination, and other academic processes.
Coordinate with Academic Heads and Deans at partnered universities.
