BWR's ratings have rated over 100,000 large Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, State and local Governments, and small businesses. BWR provides investors and lenders, with timely and in-depth research across structured finance, public finance, financial institutions, project finance, and corporate sectors.

Primary Responsibility:

  • Credit analysis of financial instruments in the BFSI sector for Securitized Transactions
  • Financial analysis and ability to make financial projections, of the financial instruments
  • Analytical rigor in the presentations to the rating committees
  • Maintain excellent quality in the analysis and to be up-to-date on the market / industry information and suitable and need based rating actions
  • Interact with company management, auditors, bankers, and other lenders and visit companies and factories as part of the regular monitoring and data gathering.
  • To take ownership of the folio by carrying out regular surveillance, monitoring, reviews on a quarterly basis/ material event basis, tracking the performance of the companies with respect to macroeconomic changes, handling internal and external audit queries.
  • Strictly adhere to standard operating procedure, regulations & policies.
  • Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality
  • Client interaction and managing good relations

Competency / Skills:

  • Analytical expertise in the Securitized Transactions segment including financial modeling, ratio analysis and industry knowledge.
  • Updated with latest regulatory guidelines and circulars especially in Structured Finane Products.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency: Strong domain knowledge in credit assessment in the BFSI sector - Securitization
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills to present the facts along with rating recommendations to the rating committees.

Educational Qualification:
