At IT Ways, we build innovative CRM solutions and custom web applications that empower businesses across industries. We are looking for a passionate PHP Developer (fresher/junior) who wants to learn, grow, and contribute to our CRM projects.

Role Overview

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the development, customization, and maintenance of our CRM applications. You'll work closely with our senior developers, learn best practices, and get hands-on experience with real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  1. CRM Development & Customization

  2. Assist in building and maintaining CRM modules.

  3. Customize and enhance existing features as per client requirements.

  4. Database Management

  5. Write optimized MySQL queries for CRM operations.

  6. Maintain database integrity and handle CRUD operations.

  7. Coding & Best Practices

  8. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable PHP code (OOP-based).

  9. Follow project coding standards and documentation.

  10. Integration & APIs

  11. Assist in integrating third-party APIs (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, Payment Gateways).

  12. Work with REST APIs for CRM data exchange.

  13. Testing & Debugging

  14. Test modules before deployment.

  15. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.

  16. Collaboration

  17. Work with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, testing, support).

  18. Communicate effectively and share progress regularly.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of
    PHP (OOP concepts)
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    MySQL (queries, joins, indexing)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
    .
  • Knowledge of
    AJAX, jQuery
    is a plus.
  • Understanding of
    MVC architecture
    (CodeIgniter/Laravel preferred but not mandatory).
  • Problem-solving and willingness to learn.
