Position: QA Executive

Location
: Ahmedabad

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in
    Food Science
    or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years
    of relevant experience in
    Quality Assurance
    within food processing across multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the
    quality and safety
    of all food products delivered to customers
  • Monitor
    daily operations
    of third-party suppliers, focusing on hygiene and process control
  • Conduct
    daily quality checks
    on incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods
  • Ensure
    compliance
    with product specifications, labelling standards, and packaging requirements
  • Implement
    Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS),
    including
    HACCP
    protocols, at the factory level
  • Address
    customer quality requirements
    , facilitate customer visits, and manage
    complaints and CAPA
  • Perform
    supplier facility assessments
    at defined intervals and drive continuous improvement
  • Train food processing teams on
    Food Safety
    ,
    Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
    , and
    Personal Hygiene
  • Lead
    food safety initiatives
    across all third-party food supply units

Willingness to travel
as required for supplier audits, training, and quality inspections.
