We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Lead (Senior Python Developer) with 810+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code, while also guiding feature priorities and setting expectations across the development lifecycle. This role requires strong expertise in Python frameworks, APIs, and database technologies, along with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Python applications.
  • Work with Core Python data structures, conditions, iterator functions, general functions, operations, classes, and PEP8 documentation.
  • Implement and optimize solutions using Advanced Python concepts, FastAPI, Flask, Django, and PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Review and refactor code to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior developers.
  • Contribute to system architecture and design discussions to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Manage priorities across the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery.

Mandatory Skills

  • Core Python (data structures, conditions, iterators, functions, classes, operations).
  • PEP8 coding standards and documentation.
  • Advanced Python concepts.
  • FastAPI, Flask, Django frameworks.
  • PostgreSQL database management and integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
