Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with Operations managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate their integration into the company culture.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees and management.
- Monitor employee morale and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs accordingly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.
- Track training completion and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and feedback.
- Assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
