Job Title: Experienced Recruiter – IT, ITES & EdTech Hiring

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for end-to-end hiring for our clients in IT, ITES, and EdTech domains. You'll source, screen, and coordinate interviews for diverse roles, ensuring timely closures and quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT, ITES, and EdTech roles
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
  • Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT/ITES/EdTech)
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in domestic staffing preferred
