  • Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and inspection checklists.
  • Coordinate with production and design teams to identify root causes of non-conformance and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection reports, test certificates, calibration records, and deviation reports.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits (ISO 9001 or customer audits).
  • Verify calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing instruments.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality plans.
  • Review supplier quality and coordinate with vendors for incoming material inspection and approvals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product quality, processes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records for traceability and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
