Immediate Hiring : AR Caller - Denial Management (US Healthcare Process)

  • Location: Hyderabad, Chennai & Mumbai.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 Year in AR Calling (Denial Management)only in Physician billing and Hospital billing.
  • Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA + 2,200 Shift Allowance.
  • Qualification: Intermediate & Above.
  • Shift: Night Shift (US Process).
  • Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office.

Job Description:

We are hiring AR Callers with experience in Denial Management for our US Healthcare process in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the RCM cycle, AR follow-up, and claim resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Review denied claims and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
  • Follow up with insurance companies to check claim status.
  • Work on Denials rejections & appeals .
  • Update the claim status accurately in the system.
  • Ensure timely resolution of accounts and maintain productivity targets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and insurance representatives.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good knowledge of Denial Management and AR calling.
  • Hands-on experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing.
  • Basic understanding of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
