Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Acquisition Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting NoBrokerHood's services. Responsibilities also involve business development through market research, generating leads, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and communication
- Ability to conduct market research and generate leads effectively
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications or prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement (preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
