Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Salesperson based in Jammu. The Salesperson will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting LIC's offerings, obtaining new business leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves achieving sales targets, providing tailored financial solutions, and assisting clients in selecting the most appropriate policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Sales and marketing expertise, with skills in communication and negotiation
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets effectively
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of financial products, preferably insurance-related, is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred
