About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, content optimization, and link-building practices to drive organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement on-page optimization (meta tags, content structure, internal linking, schema markup, site speed optimization).
- Build and manage off-page SEO activities (link-building, guest posting, outreach campaigns, directory submissions).
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine trends, ranking factors, and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and recommend actionable strategies.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- B.Tech preferred, OR
- Post-Graduation (MBA) if not B.Tech.
- Minimum 3 years of SEO experience with proven success in on-page and off-page optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
Preferred Attributes
Certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics (not mandatory but an advantage).
