Engineer MIS/Quantities

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Executive with a Civil Engineering background to manage, analyze, and present data related to project sales/execution and operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, data mining, and business presentation, with strong analytical ability to support decision-making through effective MIS reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for civil engineering projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data from various sources for monitoring and control.
• Perform data mining, trend analysis, and forecasting to support management decisions.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, charts, and reports for management review.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of data in all MIS reports.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, macros, and other tools.
• Support project teams with data-driven insights to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with site teams, project heads, and management for smooth data flow and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all project and company data

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards, macros).
• Excellent data mining, analysis, and interpretation skills.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills (MS PowerPoint, charts, visuals).
• Civil engineering knowledge to relate project data with field execution.
• Experience in data management, MIS reporting, and business analytics.
• Attention to detail with accuracy in numbers and reports.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
