Senior Executive-Vendor Management

Role & responsibilities
Review and approve Supplier qualification documents(NSQR,VQ Documents, etc.)
Prepare and distribute corporate-approved supplier lists
Support regulatory and customer audits for vendor compliance
Manage vendor notifications and delist declarations
Track and review vendor documents as per SOP timelines
Assess and introduce new suppliers
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage change controls
Provide training on SOPs and quality systems
Maintain document control and GMP records
Preferred candidate profile
Strong experience in vendor management, supplier qualification and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality assurance & supply chain processes
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent documentation, communication and analytical skills
