Title DevOps & SRE Architect / DevOps & SRE Presales Lead

Key Responsibilities: He / She will be responsible for working with the DevOps & SRE practice team on dierent practice related activities along with working on consulting opportunities.

Job Description

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT (preferably in software development, testing or Infrastructure areas) with at least 8+years in DevOps & SRE areas supporting various activities across Delivery, Presales and Practice.
  • Expertise in DevOps & SRE related technical skills & delivery experience.
  • Holds strong experience in Continuous delivery, Agile development practices and Lean start-up methodology and should be proficient in cutting edge DevOps/SRE and Cloud technologies.
    •Implementing observability using popular market tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, New Relic, Splunk, etc. (minimum 2 or more tools). Implementation & tracking of SLO/Error budget dashboards.
    • Toil automation strategies and AIOPS implementations.
    • Implementing / Leading DevOps and SRE transformation journeys for enterprise customers.
    • Automating large enterprise production environments, one click provisioning, deployments & IAAC (Infrastructure as a Code) using terraform, AWS cloud formation, GCP deployment Manager, Azure ARM templates or multi-cloud provisioning tools.
    • Automating build & release process cycles.
    • Minimum 5 or more on below DevOps tooling:
  • Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Fortify, Checkmarx, SonarQube, Artifactory, Spinnaker, Argo CD, Rancher, Ansible, Chef, Puppet Terraform, Digital ai, Plutora, Cloudbees etc.,
    • Onboarding below mentioned application technologies (two or more) into DevOps automation platform:
  • Java, Python, Node, Data Science, Salesforce etc.,
    • Market awareness on latest DevOps & SRE tools & trends
    • Managing Practice and Presales related skills.
  • • Experience in creating solutions for client requirements with exposure to writing proposals, responding to RFP(Q) and other presales functions.
  • • Experience in performing consulting and due-diligence activities in DevOps & SRE areas.
  • • Should be a thought leader and should have presented multiple papers in various conferences on DevOps / SRE.
  • • Should have been a subject matter expert in DevOps/SRE in Customer facing roles.
  • • Exposure for creating collaterals for marketing and sales support. Soft Skill
  • • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
