Job Role- Group Clinic Manager

Location-Thane to Vashi

We are hiring Group Clinic Sales Manager for our Thane area clinics

** Ideal preferred candidates Industry i.e. Health care Industry SPA/SKIN Clinic, VLCC , Richfeel, Health Total ,Kaya Skin Clinic etc.

Responsibility :

  • The Group Clinic Manager plays a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and strategic direction of multiple clinics within a healthcare group or organization. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities typically associated with the role:

Job Role of a Group Clinic Manager

1. Operational Oversight

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all clinics.
  • Standardize policies and procedures to maintain consistent quality of care.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.

2. Financial Management

  • Oversee budgets, financial reports, and cost controls.
  • Identify areas for revenue growth and expense reduction.
  • Ensure profitability across the group.

3. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth and service improvement.
  • Launch new clinics or services as part of expansion plans.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust services accordingly.

4. Staff Leadership and Development

  • Supervise Clinic Managers or Heads of Departments.
  • Recruit, train, and retain clinical and administrative staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee patient safety and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Implement quality improvement programs.

6. Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with senior executives, healthcare providers, insurers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as the point of contact between clinic staff and upper management.
