• achelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• inimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, including 2+ years in a lead role.

• dvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), including AI-powered features like Adobe Firefly.

• trong experience in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and interactive design.
  E
• xcellent communication, creative thinking, and team collaboration skills.

• xperience with SharePoint and digital asset management systems is a plus
