About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities at project sites, ensuring high-quality execution, and coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, can manage day-to-day site operations, and is committed to delivering premium residential spaces.

Location:

T. Nagar, Habibullah Road, Chennai

(Site locations vary – mostly within the city)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities at construction sites
  • Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers
  • Ensure materials are used effectively and as per standards
  • Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and updates
  • Attend site meetings and provide technical input when needed
  • Ensure safety protocols and quality control standards are followed
  • Coordinate with the design team and provide feedback from site

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 to 10 year of site experience (residential preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
  • Ability to read structural and architectural drawings
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (basic level)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must own a smartphone for daily reporting and site updates

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
