Senior Account Manager, Leading Indian Automotive OEM

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Strategic Growth: Develop winning strategies and account plans to achieve consistent growth within Leading Indian Automotive OEMs business.
• Relationship Management: Expand influence by cultivating and maintaining senior-level relationships for transparent communication.
• Account Leadership: Lead Emerson T&Ms strategy, coordinating internal resources to optimize market penetration and build credibility.
• Executive Alignment: Establish executive-level connections between Emerson T&M and the customer to drive engagement and mutual success.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Partner with different business units to identify and act on growth opportunities.

Who You Are:

You are a proactive, strategic thinker who builds lasting relationships and delivers exceptional results. Youre comfortable managing complex accounts and driving account growth at both tactical and strategic levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience: 6 years in B2B sales or related customer-facing roles, with a proven record of revenue growth in complex accounts.
• Location: Based in Pune or Bangalore, with Pune preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in selling electronic Test & Measurement solutions, especially within the automotive sector.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience in collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, and R&D.

• Strategic Execution: Develop winning account plans and dynamic strategies to achieve impressive results.

• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections at senior levels to establish transparency and trust.
• Showcase Technical Expertise: Bring knowledge of NIs products and technologies, and confidently present solutions to customers.
